1. If you use and re-use this website and/or register with the website and/or subscribe to this website, the acceptance of these terms and conditions is assumed.

3. We reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time. If they are varied members and subscribers will be notified and the updated version will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the website thereafter will indicate your acceptance.
4. All content posted by members or subscribers is done so entirely voluntarily and you must accept full responsibility for it. We receive the content in good faith and assume that submitted content is legal, decent, honest, inoffensive and not in breach of copyright or privacy laws.

We reserve the right to block access to the website any member or subscriber who continues to post, after warning from us, content that is in breach of our standards relating to content, including, but not limited to, honesty, decency and legality. A member or subscriber blocked for breaching the standards for posted content will not be entitled to a refund even if the subscription has an unexpired period remaining.
10. The subscription fees for the service offered by wholivedthere.com and any variations thereof shall be shown on the website and are inclusive of VAT.
11. You will not be able to access the full data of the website and/or contact other members or subscribers or read and reply to other members or subscribers' messages until payment is deemed to have been made.
12. Unless otherwise stated all monies paid by you to wholivedthere.com are non-refundable.

24. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit any of your statutory rights which may not be excluded or limited due to you acting as a consumer.
25. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
